One of my clients lived in a shelter for 5 months with her newborn and 1.5 year old. HM’s was able to assist this family with baby supplies as needed. Family is now in an apartment and looking for a job. Mom’s comment: “I can now do this on my own.”

A first time mother at 41, she gave birth to a beautiful, healthy baby girl. Mom was a lifelong drug user and was able to stay clean and graduated from our new mothers’ group home in summer 2020 and has maintained sobriety and stable housing for herself and her daughter who just turned 2 a couple weeks ago! They’re both thriving and it brings me great joy to get to work with them and see them living their best lives!

I work with a mom of 7 who doesn’t have much if any support from her husband right now and it is hard for her to provide on her own. You all helped me provide her younger kids with coats for the winter as well as some last minute Christmas presents since most other resources get filled up quickly (toys for tots, angel tree, empty stocking fund, etc). Thank you for what you do!!!
