Please remember that demographic information is required for all orders, including those for pantries and closets. Don’t know exact demographics? Please enter your best guess! Percentages are acceptable.
 

Please do not place more than one order per organization or program location per week. Please combine all families you are shopping for into one order. Please talk with others in your organization and combine orders so that you are not taking up multiple order time slots. We have very limited time slots for orders and want to make sure we are serving all partner agencies as efficiently as possible. Thank you to those agencies who are already doing this!
 

Please enter the physical address of the office in the county where the supplies will be distributed. If there are multiple locations, please put the addresses in the notes section. (This change is due to new grant requirements.)
 

We do not fill orders for expectant mothers until 4 weeks out from the due date. This gives other families a chance to receive items that may need them sooner. Orders that we receive for expectant mothers further out than 4 weeks from the due date will be cancelled and can be resubmitted closer to the due date. (We also understand emergencies can arise - please put in the notes if a mother is expected to deliver early or has delivered early.)
 

To ensure equitable distribution, each agency is eligible to receive up to 3 large items per month. Large items include pack n’ plays, car seats, swings, cribs, mattresses, high chairs, and strollers. Please communicate with other case managers in your agency that may be placing orders with us to keep track of what you have requested.
 

Please note that inventory is subject to change and items cannot be guaranteed. Please think of our orders as “wish lists” - all items are received through in-kind donations and grant funding, and we make every effort to fulfill requests in a fair and equitable manner based on current availability. It is never guaranteed that we will have everything on your order.
 

Partners must place at least one order per quarter to maintain partnership. If you find that you are not needing our services one per quarter, please email Brittany@helpingmamas.org to discuss a different partnership tier.
